Eco Tours Adventure has some of the most popular tours and activities in the Riviera Maya, and as such, all of our excursions are exclusive, reservations-only adventures. We limit the number of guests on each of our tours – so make your reservations today! Our secure credit card reservation system makes it easy!

Cancellations and Changes

Once you receive a confirmation your reservation is guaranteed. In order to maintain our commitment to all of our guests, Eco Tours Adventure operates a strict cancellation policy:

Individual Reservations.

· 48 hours or more prior to excursion date – 100% refund
· 24 hours prior to excursion date – we will accept date changes and 100% refunds.
· No shows or late arrivals – no refund.

Group Reservations (private charters of groups of 14 people or more)

· 15 days or more prior to excursion date – 100% refund
· Less than 15 days prior to excursion date – we will accept date changes but no refunds
· No shows or late arrivals – no refund.

Changes to your reservation or cancellations can be requested via email info@ecotoursadventure.com or to our phone number at +52 1 (984) 168 73 66 changes are subject to availability.

Refund

Refund is possible only when the customer has sent an email to info@ecotoursadventure.com
Specifying:
Name, Last Name, tour date and type of tour, address, phone number and reason for the refund, and the bank details for the money transfer.

Charges to your Card

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your tours can be confirmed – this is normally within 24 hours of sending your reservation to us. If the date that you choose is unavailable Eco Tours Adventure will offer an alternative day or time and confirm this with you before making any charges to your card.

Credit Card Safety
Ecotoursadventure.com wants you to feel safe when making a secure reservation online. For this reason, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card and other sensitive information when you make reservations for our tours. The process of encryption prevents unauthorized individuals from viewing your information as it is securely transmitted over the internet. Once received, your credit card information is not transmitted over the internet again.

On the day of your tour, you have to bring your credit card and another form of your personal ID when you check in. Or, a copy of your card (both sides) and ID can be sent to us at info@ecotoursadventure.com prior to your arrival.

Prices and Exchange Rates

All prices are quoted in US dollars but charges are made in Mexican Pesos. We use the bank rate of the day so that your bank statement reflects as closely as possible the published dollar price
